[song on the wind |"Alas, a lass is what i lack a lass i lack alas." in my head]

"Alas, a lass is what i lack a lass i lack alas."

nothing else could produce such nonesence other than a musical.

it was cute. I went with eric and anna to our school's production of well, the princess and the pea (ok, it's really once upon a mattress, but if you didn't get it, your just dumb). this is the FIRST major csw theatre performance that i haven't worked on. however toby did an excellent job of lighting. acting in it were goo and morgan as the leadign couple, jacquie as the narrator joel and betsy as the "secondary couple." other players were jenn and amy

overall, it was a horribly amusing experience. Morgan and joel in tights. emily goo in striped long johns, and betsy pregnant. OH! and let's not forget bondage queen jenn orlin, the worlds most KINKY nightinggale or somethign along those lines.

however everyone was delightful. the problems i had with the show has NOTHING to do with these wonderful individuals.

Yay!

Thank you Kris...

...it wasn't the same without you...

...especially having another Kris being a stage manager. Disorienting! I love you, I'll see you tomorrow.

"Once Upon A Mattress"

I believe my official title is "Kitchen Wench/Bondage Queen." Not to mention the fact that I look fairly pregnant in what Robin likes to call my "puffy chest" that I don as a Nightingale. People put their ears to my stomach to see if it kicked. At least I didn't crash into the scenery this evening during my run after Amalia gets rejected. Although I will say that several scene changes were rather.. interesting, between Amalia mouthing to me that I'm awful and unprofessional, and her simply not showing up, with me trying to move those stairs double time in order to cover her, come on with her props, and attempt to serve Vivian, Bob, and Colin some refreshing "beverages." I'm still catching my breath!

Math homework, anyone?
